Project: Repair or Service a Well Pump
Contractor arrived nine hours late, and was unreachable prior to that by any means (either company phone or cell phone numbers). Contractor completed work without authorization and charges were excessive. Poor experience, all around. I would never recommend this contractor to anyone.

The individuals were upfront and honest about the issues with my well. At all times, they showed me exactly what was incorrect. Even when they thought they were completed, they took the time to replace a piece that had been put in incorrectly by the original installers and trained me on how to recognize any issues that may occur. Excellent customer service!

Sunday evening and no water in the house so needed emergency well service. Able Well & Pump called within a few minutes of my entry on Service Magic. They were courteous and thorough in their diagnosis and service of my emergency well problem. They purged and checked the water supply system, and kept me informed of their actions every step of the way. I would use them again for routine maintenance and emergency well service.

They show up @6:30 p.m. I had water when they left 3 hours later and them getting my pump stuck I had no water at all. Was told they would be back around noon the following day. Waited all day (took off from work) I left at 5:00 p.m. Mind you no phone call to tell me that they were late, not coming, or anything. By then I contacted my insurance and made other arrangements for the next day.(Another day missed from work) I get a call at 6:30 p.m. from these guys saying they were at my house. What kind of crap is this? Turns out the problem was under my deck, a broken fitting lowes had for .047 cent. New pump $3000 Plus. Do not call these guys.

Great service, but I feel like I got overcharged- charged me double the amount for the same exact pressure tank I could have got off the internet with free shipping ($650 vs. $300). I could see paying 10 or 20% markup, but over 200% is ridiculous!

I was very pleased with there service, they stayed on the job until it was complete (6:00PM to 3:00 AM). I was with them most of the time, they answered my qustions and explaned what they were doing and how the system worked.
