Project: Install or Replace a Bathtub
John from Able was very dependable right from the beginning of my request to the finish of the job. He responded immediately to my request for a quote. He provided the quote within a couple of days and was able to start the work within a week of communicating the quote to me. He was excellent at explaining all the work that needed to be done and in the end did a couple of extra items at no extra charge. I thought his quote was reasonable and the work was done timely and he cleaned up when he was finished. We have a brand new tub now and it was finished to blend in with the existing walls and floors. A great job!

I had listed my problem as emergency, and I got a call before I had finished my research. I got direct information, my questions were smartly addressed. I had a new water heater before noon, and the only reason it took that long was that I had to get ready. He was ready to be at my home in an hour! I appreciated the excellent service and definitely recommend Able Plumbing Plus to anyone needing plumbing service. (By the way, I thought I had completed a recommendation on the day of service)

Project: Bathtub Install or Replace
John Fixed our tub but it has been leaking for some time from the elbow and he will not come out and repair the leak but he keeps giving us the run-around so now we have no shower to use and our neighbors ceiling is damaged from the leak.
