they came the day i called, which was important. they found the problem and fixed it. It was a little pricey as the problem was small, but their minimum call fee was $`120

This was a $168.00 job of which Service Magic Charged 15.40 for the lead. There are other leads charged much to the same amount that never come to fruition. We expended 2.0 hours total including 1/2 hour travel.We do the best we can for pricing structure but there are a lot of issues gas, unemployment, rising health care etc that add to the cost of putting a tech in a van.

Needed my main panel checked for a bad ground or open phase, so not a complicated project, but the rapid response I got was great. Albe managed to show up the same working day I called and the field technican was very professional, handling the diagnosis operation with me over the phone because I could not get free from the office. Prompt, courteous, professional service is what I got. Price was good, too.
