I'm quite awestruck by Able Appliance. They made a diligent effort to repair my Whirlpool Duet Washer with several replacement parts and over 3 hrs of troubleshooting. When it became apparent that the washer was beyond accurate diagnosis and repair, they issued me a FULLl refund for parts and service. I was able to put the refund towards a new washer/dryer set (Whirlpool Duet - NEVER AGAIN--died at only year 5). Able Appliance rep/technicians were absolutely professional, honest, and friendly throughout the whole affair. I'd definitely reco them to others and use them myself. A+ company and service!

Arrived early; Knew exactly what the problem was on both appliances (fridge and dishwasher); fixed both quickly. Prices seemed reasonable (I didn't get a quote from anyone else). Very friendly and explained what he was doing as he did it.

Overall excellent service from the initial phone call talking with the customer care representative to the repair technician arriving on time to diagnose the problem, giving me an excellent quote and returning with the parts to repair my appliance within a speedy manner and get the job done well.
