Arrived on time to give quote. Scheduled job in a toimely manner and finished on time. The guy who actually did the floors did a great job and was very personable, clean, tidy. We are very happy with his work.

Any service work is only as good as the on-site workers. Throughout the entire job, I got the impression that trying to live in the same space as the floor work was an extreme imposition. Before the job was secured, I was promised the earth and moon. Kendrick is well spoken and very convincing. As soon as the job began, even though it was my house and my materials, I was no longer the "boss." The situation became sufficiently disagreeable that I would have taken Aberdeen off the job except I had already paid half up front. Big Mistake! The workers were ill-equipped (I let them use my miter saw) and the entire house ended covered in sawdust.

Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal and we are sorry that Jeff did not feel 100% satisfied. Jeff was informed before the project that all furniture and belongings needed to be removed from the floor area that we were installing in, however Jeff insisted after we arrived that we would have to work around the furniture and move them back and forth. Jeff also was looking to be the superintendent and just pay for our installers hourly rate and cut out the company's contracted rate. We understand that you cannot please everyone all of the time but Jeff did pay the full amount less some deductions that he felt he deserved.

KENDRICK GAVE US A GREAT PRICE AND HE AND HIS ASSISTANT DID A GREAT JOB ON BOTH OUR BADLY SCRATCHED FLOORS AND OUR FRONT DOOR! EXCELENT SERVICE AND VERY NICE GUYS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Yes, I hired the Aberdeen construction to redo my wood floors. They did an excellent job during the time that was spent taking the old coating off and putting a new coat of finish down. I have already recommended them to several of my friends who have wood floors and are thinking of having them re-done. They are a 10 in my book. Thank You

The staff is friendly, competent and efficient. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. Would hire again if I need hardwood floors finished. Price was reasonable.

He was a very professional individual, very intelligent and articulate. He would say what the price for the work was. He was very good at saying what he was doing and talk about any issues that came up during the work.
