They were on time and had a very competitive price and were accommodating for my elderly father. Good follow up, also.

Missed the first appointment due to their workload but came the next day. Very professional and knowledgeable. Gave good advice on how to fix the problem, and gave me time to consider and schedule the work. Aardvark completed the work the same day I called them back to schedule it.

I'd give this company a 4 out of 5 - They came out on emergency service and they did a good job on the repairs, however it did take them about a week to finish. Thanks for the service!

Karen, thanks for the support. Although we have been known to do a remodel or two, we are really only geared up to do Drain Cleaning and Plumbing for households and businesses. In your case the drywall, taping, mud work, and finish work take extra time to conclude the project. Thanks for being a sport and allowing us to work with you.

We were somehow getting the hot water crossed with the cold water, even on the exterior lines. Contractor couyldn't find problem and wanted to start tearing into walls and maybe even concrete floor to attempt to find a valve that may or maynot have existed. Turned loop system into system where circulatinbg pump cant't be used thereby not having hot water at end of line for 1-2+ minutes.

The problem existed before we arrived. Hot water was mixing with the cold for many years. The customer wanted this fixed and we did that by circumventing the mixing loop providing them with normal household supply. We investigated his entire water supply where it could be exposed. Much of his water supply is in the slab flooring and interior walls. The contractor before had made errors in the supply system that we corrected, however the customer was unwilling to expose pipe in the wall or slab to repair the entire system. He was also unwilling to reroute through the ceiling. Unless all pipes are exposed we have no way to install pump correct.

Quick response open and honest about potential for extra charges. They were able to complete the work without the extra charges. Work was done very quickly and you coludn't tell they had been here.

2 leaks from upstairs Bathroom tub & toilet down to downstairs bathroom ceiling. Great Experience - David did a great job and actually came back later that day when I bought a toilet and he was able to finish the entire job. I will use them again!
