Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Professional, reponsive, and competitive. I highly recommend calling Aardvark first for hot water heater trouble. I friend recommended Applewood and I called them first - big mistake! I found Aardvark through Service Magic. Aardvark installed the same Bradford White water heater quoted by Applewood for much, much less. Aardvark got out to my home quickly and did a very professional job installing the new hot water heater. Chet showed me how to start the pilot and set the temperature, as well as how to flush the tank. I will definitely recommend Aardvark to my neighbors and friends.

From the initial call when Kent spent 15 minutes on the phone with me discussing the various options--even when he didn't even know if I had already hired a plumber or not--Kent Railsback and Aardvark Plumbing went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a complicated install, and Aardvark got it done quickly, simply, and inexpensively--even suggesting options which saved me money. I was in a tight spot, and Aardvark really came through for me. This may have been the most pleasant experience with a home improvement pro I've ever had, and I recommend Kent and his team at Aardvark unreservedly. Honest and professional.
