Amazing experience with A&V Media!!! Customer service and customization to my media needs was beyond my imagination. Provided honest feedback and realistic options for me to get the most benefit out of the media changes I was making. Extremely patient while I was trying to decide what was best for my home, and never once pressured or tried to oversale just to make more money. I would call them anytime I had media changes or new installs without hesitation! Honest, reliable, amazing customer service doesn't begin to sum up how really amazing they are!!

Scott from A&V contacted me within 2 minutes of me submitting my request for services. He was also able to come out the next day and did and OUTSTANDING job!!! Very professional and did a quick job in mounting my 55" Plasma TV.

First of all the response time from when I called and when Scott came was very fast and I was extremely pleased with the service Scott did for me and he was extremely friendly, considerate and polite and when I walked up to check everything out he had done, I was amazed at the cleanup he had done. You certainly do NOT see that very often and you could not even tell anyone had been here. I was absolutely amazed at the timeframe also for all the work he did and I would highly recommend Scott and A&V Media to anyone.and would definitely call again.
