Nice enough guy. The whole thing took two days to correct since my coils were frozen and he had to let them thaw before servicing. He tried to charge me for two trips, which I din't agree with. He dropped it to one, so that was nice. Just didn't sit well with me that he initially wanted to charge me for no work performed. His work was good so don't be turned off by that, but I think you could get better pricing elsewhere.

He responded very quickly and was out here the next day. The end result was great, but communication wasn't as great. He started doing the work before he told me what needed to be done, and didn't give me a price quote before starting. Pricing seemed reasonable, but knowing what I'm looking at prior to a job being started is important to me.
