I have been in the inspection, permit, and construction fields for more than 20 years. I worked with the city of Houston for 17 years in building project management and civil code enforcement. I have certifications with ICC, building, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, accessibility, and energy. Over the past 20 years I have worked with federal, state, county, and local governments in disaster recovery with Ike, Katrina, and Oregon floods.
