He did not pay attention to the details in completing his work. I gave him half of the money to start the job and he asked for the second half before he even completed half of the job. He removed a section of wooden fence to run a new sprinkler line into another section of the yard and broke the supporting post and did not replace it. He left my hose and sprinkler key out and left a water spiket outside running all night long. He complained to me that he was not making enough money on the job after he already signed a contract with a bid. He kept on asking for extra money to complete the work he said he would complete under the contract.

The crew worked hard to get the job done in a timely fashion. I was dissapointed with the sub-contractors job on my concrete though. The landscape result was great.

The sprinkler system works, and the plumbing and cement patching was well done, but there is some follow up seeding work that was not completed. The work team was efficient and worked over the weekend, however, we would have liked it more if the ground was smoothed out evenly after the installation.
