Efficient, and excellent home inspection, took pictures of problems. Very thorough!

The inspector I hired was very pleasant, however, his inspection of a 30 room motel consisted of only 3 pages with six pictures. I emailed Paul Lanning that the last single family home inspection I had consisted of over 30 pages and covered every structural, electrical, and mechanical system of the home in detail. Paul's inspection was the most basic inspection I have ever seen. He has not yet responded to my inquiry as to the brevity of the report.

As of today 8/24/2010, I have reinspected said property to address the customers concerns. The report will be approx. 60 pages and contain 115 photos. The first report only addressed the items that needed maintenance and or servicing at the time, the second report will include room by room description of construction and layout with model number of all equipment where available. The new report will also include a standard 28 page residential report on the separate quarters. We try to be responsive to customer concerns within reason.
