the two Polish women who arrived were dropped off and picked up before the job was done. Asked that they clean interior sliding glass door, they just smeared the dirt. asked to clean fridge interior, they wiped off 1 shelf, and not even all the way. They picked and choose what pieces of furniture to dust. Overall, the worst cleaning job I've had, and I've had a few. I wasn't informed that there was a time limit.

They were supposed to change sheets, but nvr suggested it and they did not dust everything. Although they did other things I wouldnt have.

I hired A-Z Cleaning for a top to bottom spring cleaning. The proprietor took the time to visit my home in advance to assess the project, to make recommendations and to understand my preference. I requested that they focus on woodwork and dusting, and I asked them to avoid any products with strong perfumes. The cleaners followed my instructions and did a better than average job of getting to the dirt. As with most of these services, the cleaners do NOT move any furniture and the missed a couple of less obvious places. In general however I was very satisfied and like the service.

I was very clear on what I wanted prior to them coming .No was was sent to asses the job however once they began I was told that the things I wanted done couldn't be done on the first visit . So I'm confused did that mean they were going to continue another day without charging? also they didn't bring any cleaning supplies.They didn't finish .

Better than I could do myself only because I can no longer do as I have significant arthritis. Did not ask abt my preferences. When I attempted to say something they did not appear to understand or they didn't want to understand. Vacuum did not even have a beater brush...did not realize until my husband told me later. They were more concerned with speed then efficiency. I requested that they do only bottom floor.

The biggest problem I had was that the appointment was not kept on time. Had to wait until 4 PM for a 1 PM appointment. I did receive a call the night before telling me that there would be a delay but it took longer than they said. However, after contact with elizabeth, she convinced me that she would get people on it right away. I was hesitant but decided to go ahead with it. Once the maid arrived she did an excellent job. She was joined by another maid soon after she arrived and they both worked very hard and were courteous. My apt. sparkles now. I told Elizabeth I would use her again in 2 weeks. If good I will use 2x a month
