The repairer was helpful and worked efficiently. He gave me all options and explained everything as he went along. He had to order a part that was not available so the repair was delayed by a day. He promised to work around my work schedule and showed up well within the time frame we agreed on. The only problem noted was that he had to leave to get something and return in order to complete the job and it took just a bit longer than he thought it would (perhaps due to having to leave to get something and return).
