I only needed Sears Garage Solutions of Houston to inspect a recent garage door opener installation done by a different company, who strung me along for a week or so with appointments resulting in "No Show - No Calls", so I can only comment on my experience with them regarding the minimal amount of service that I needed. Sears Garage Solutions of Houston was professional on the phone and in person. The tech arrived on time, was friendly and listened to my concerns. He inspected the door and opener for any possible damage caused by the opener operating with two loose bolts, one of which was found on the garage floor. After assuring me that everything was in working order, he completed the invoice and charged a very reasonable fee for the service call. The next time I need anything related to the garage door or opener, I know who to call for professional service.

We are really grateful with Sears Garage Solutions service, from the moment we placed the phone call to the moment the repair man finished. We were at the phone with Service Magic still and we received a phone call from them. They are very professional and friendly. We really recommend their service. It's fast and professional.

Project: Repair a Garage Door
Technician was courteous, but I would rather have them not pull up on my drive as if they know what the situation inside the garage already is. I'm not referring to them knowing their jobs. I speaking about old fashion courtesy.They don't know whether I have to move cars out of the garage, or other problems. The traditional way is best: ring the doorbell, greet the customer, then we can discuss the next step, before you pull the oil leaking service vehicle onto my driveway blocking me in.
