returned call in less than 60 seconds from completeing this form....wow!!!!!! 60 seconds!!!!! has a tech at my house in 60 minutes...and was done within 60 minutes!!!!!! this was warp speed service!!!!! id recomend this company to everyone in need!!!!!! price was better than reasonable and service was sensational...even came out on a sunday morning!!!!!!!!! i cant say enough other than dont overlook these guys!!!!!

Returned my call minutes after submitting my request for quote, price quoted, and job scheduled for late morning on same day. Technician arrived on time, very personable, and did an outstanding job. Great, great, great!

The owner of A-Windy City came out and repaired my garage door which was out of alignment. After he left, the sensors were not working right and the door kept going back up. He sent out another engineer to fix the sensors. If you use this company and a guy with a Abe Lincoln beard turns up, send him away! He was incompetent. He offered garbage explanations and changed his story by the minute. He placed the sensors, touching each other on the beam above the the motor, so they did not actually function. A bit like removing a whole car engine to cure an oil leak! The owner came back out and re-fixed the problem but, for me, the damage was done.

First I would like to apologize to Mary for any inconvenience she experienced with her garage door. The technician who was sent out has since been reprimanded for his poor customer service. I set up the appointment with Vince, to install a new garage door. It only took a little over an hour to do the job. The quality of the install was good. Much better than what I had before. He also put in a rubber seal around the outside and an inside slide lock for me. Total cost was $535, which was much lower than some other places I contacted. I would definitely recommend. I saw prior reviews of A-Windy City Gargage that they were happy but had to sweep up after. This was not my experience. The job was well done, and I did not have to clean up anything. Very happy with the install.
