Our project is just beginning but so far we are very pleased. Mike Ward spent a lot of time inspecting and explaining the needs and process to us. His estimate on our cost is very reasonable and we look forward to the completion of our work.

Mike and his crew was very professional. Mike knew exactly what needed to be done. His crew showed up and did the work on time as well as cleaned up afterwards. You couldn't even tell they were there. The reason why I didn't give them a 5 is because even though I understand that Mike is extremely busy, but as a courtesy, he should of returned my calls.

[EDIT] The initial experience with A Waterseal (now known as Basement Pros) was positive. I then had some problems getting them back to put in the dehumidifier I had ordered initially. But, it went in today (5 weeks after I paid the deposit.) The work was good, though, and Donnie had very good follow-up. If it wasn't for the run around with the dehumidifier, it could have been a 5.

Project: Repair Basement Surface Drainage Channels

We liked most of the work they did. We didn't like the way they treated out belongings, and they did not protect the lawn where the workers walked back and forth between belko door and driveway. Now have a big mud path. Also, when asked to come back a check out a potential problem, they said it would be a month before they could come back out. Beware that the electrial outlets and connections for the sump pumps are NOT included. This was not pointed out by salesperson, but WAS stated in contract. Make sure you read the contract.
