I was extremely pleased with this company. Kati was awesome from the beginning to the end of the project. The crew was professional, was given frequent updates. I had to make some minor changes and there were no problems doing that. I would highly recommend AVEC

The Avec experience was totally enjoyable. I met with Kati, the owner, who listened to what I had in mind for the deck. She took her measurements and later presented me with a design layout. I made a few changes to the design to which she promptly redrew the designs to my liking. The guys who worked on the deck were prompt and efficient in their work. The deck turned out far better than expected. Avec's attention to detail was great. Our neighbors, who just had decks built within the past year or so, love our deck design and the craftsmanship Avec put into the work. Thank you Kati. High Quality work at a reasonable price!

Avec Construction is one of the few contractors that will handle small brick jobs at a reasonable price. From start to finish, Kati was a visible presence and very responsive in her communications with me. Her crew, Mario and helper were painstakingly meticulous in laying and cutting the brick to give us the appearance we wanted in our back yard. I highly recommend this company!

project is finished and our deck is beautiful! Kati and PJ were great to deal with, Mario and his team are top notch carpenters and a very gifted crew. Kati gave us a number of estimates for our ever changing minds :) In the end came up with a design we liked at a VERY competitive price. she was around $7500 cheaper than our other estimates. got back to us fastest. every change we made was answered with an estimate within 24 hrs. All inspections were passed with no issues. they were out in the snow working which to me shows dedication. Great company! Have passed on their information to a number of coworkers and friends and would recommend!

I cannot praise Avec Construction's work enough! Not only was the job done with very careful attention to detail, but they also proposed some variations to our landscaping ideas that made the final product much more beautiful. There is no question that we have the best yard in the neighborhood now, and we have received several compliments from our neighbors and friends. I would recommend Aven Construction to anybody who wants to improve their landscaping, whether with stonework or a new fence!

After receiving several bids, we chose Avec and we are glad we did. They were the first to contact us and schedule an appointment. They were extremely thorough suggesting ideas that we hadn't considered. The bid was in the middle of everyone and competitive. They were able to start the work in a very timely manner as well. The quality of work was very good with only 1 minor problem that was easily corrected and Avec was more than willing to do what we asked. The clean up was very good as well. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Excellent job, I had a big, confusing landscaping problem and they came in the great solution, performed the work very competently, charged me a great price, excellent clean up, very nice people. These are the people to hire for your project, most assuredly.

Project: Install Interlocking Pavers for Driveways & Floors
This contractor exceeded our expectations beginning with sound advice on the project, suggested ideas to improve what we had in mind, and completing the project ahead of time. We met with the owner, Kati, who provided the estimate and was on site daily to ensure the work was progressing according to our satisfaction. The first time we met Kati was to describe the project we had envisioned. She had her credentials--contractor license, insurance, and list of recent homeowners where they had either completed work or in the process of completing the work. Even that impressed us because other contractors did not have that information with them but stated they would send it. The price of the project was a little lower than the other estimates we received for the same type of work. I definitely recommend this contractor and plan to have them come back for some work we want done in the fall. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the character of this contractor.
