Randy and his crew were great! They took the time to do things right. He even e-mailed instructions on using the remotes after the installation. Would definitely use him again if needed.

Service was prompt, courteous, amd professional,, Randy was very knowledgeable. However, even thoough the picture was nice and clear, I now found this evening when I began watching the evening news that there was a problem with the sound amd that the picture would flicker and freeze on and off with the sound being silent or distorted. I t did the same on both channells 4 and 5. It was raining and windy outside at the time, so this may have caused a problem with the network signal from the stations. If you have any idea of what is causing the problem or how to fix it, please let me know. Thanks very much for you service and help.
