Ben was very friendly and helpful every step of the way, including shopping for tile and fixtures. He was very responsive to e-mails and phone calls. The tile work is high quality. The construction crew left my place in good condition. I am very pleased with my bathroom.

Our initial meeting with A United was professional, however the initial crew sent to our home was not. The first three days we experienced a water stain on our livingroom ceiling, poor welding on the plumbing and a shower floor that was uneven. Finally, A United switched out the original crew with another individual and the work improved. Mistakes were corrected, but this caused a delay to our completion date. As first time 'remodelers' we were disappointed with the initial work and the delay in having quality work done. We are satisfied with the final product, but not the process.

The workers were and project managers were professional in all respects and strove to please me as a customer. They had high standards for themselves in that they want to get everything exactly right. I would be pleased to recommend them to any potential future customer.

Very professional and reliable from start to finish. Makes all scheduled meetings, meets all deadlines. There are no surprises; any changes are discussed in advance and any additional costs are expressed in advance. Recommend without reservation.

A United is a very good company and they try very hard to work with the customer. Their customer service is outstanding in my opinion and I never felt that they did not want to do what I needed and worked hard to please. Like any construction work there were some minor bumps but the owner always was right there to assure us it would be taken care of.

All A United Construction, Inc. personnel were friendly, professional and accommodating. My project is not quite complete, but at this point, I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Great job on basement remodel (painting, new laminate flooring, new carpet, foundation repair, drywall repair, new wet bar). Kept us updated on the project, answered questions, and corrected the 2 small details that we pointed out. Will use again.

The customer was acting as a GC for her project. Everybody involved were not communicating with each other. Too many mistakes happened from lock of construction experience of the customer. She complained about everybody and the person she should hold responsible was her self. She has no experience as a general contractor waht so ever..Our company helped as much as possible correcting out trades mistakes but it didnt help. The customer still complained about the granite company, the electrition, the plumber, the painter and us, she was nice tough lady that should have hired somebody with experience in construction management. We wish her luck.
