The only delay experienced from acceptance of bid to start of job was floor tile was a special order. These tradesmen are professional, polite, and knowledgeable.

Owner was very pleasant, but work with done by a young subcontractor who was very unprofessional.

I am very sorry to hear you were not entirely happy. Alex had told me the two of you started talking religion and I knew it was going to be bad. I did email you to try and make things better but never heard back. I hope you at least like the work we did. Sorry again about the bad conversation.

The gentlemen from Touch of Tile (David) was very knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully explain to us the next steps in the construction process so that everything would be as high quality as possible. He was even happy to answer further questions once the job was completed.

Very nice and very helpful. After installing my glass block he told my wife to have me call him about some tips to refurbish the mortar in the other blocks and achieve a better seal around the window.
