The guy who came was very personable and professional. However, I felt they overpriced the "accessories" they said we needed to purchase. We need replacement fire bricks, and I was told it would be $12 to buy them from them, or $7 at the store. I decided to wait, and bought them from Lowe's for $1.28 each. Also, I was told we "needed" a temperature probe that is more accurate than our surface thermometer, and was told it was $30, whether I bought it at the store or them. I ended up buying it from them, but later looked online and found they are really 1/2 that price. Happy overall, but felt a little bit swindled.
