Did the job while I was at work and billed me for it. I never met them but they did a great job and were very accommodating with my schedule. Less expensive than another quote I got, but still not a cheap service.

I was especially pleased with their rate and with Ryan's "always willing to please" attitude. A couple of shingles came off in the cleaning process. Ryan was back out to fix the problem with not a hint of "a blame game" attitude other contractors sometimes have in trying to absolve themselves. I would use them again and would only ask that they not call me so early in the AM. Pat Browne

It was a very complex process to seal my very large arbor, so I was happy to find a contractor willing to undertake it. And overall it came out well. However, during the initial phase of the process, an acid wash of the wood, there was some damage to my plants and to some of my landscape lighting. During the staining, a lot of drips and spills occurred on my siding and brick patio. While they've faded over time, I believe they could have been avoided. When the staining was completed, the team moved by patio furniture back. I found out later that the newly applied stain was still dripping - right on the sofa cushions. Disappointed.

Yeah...this was a tough one (job). We offered to replace the plants and the lighting fixture. Reagarding the drips, i have no excuse, however the sofa cushions were not stained by us, but from what I believe to be natural dirt or weathering. We would just simply never put furniture under wood that was (dripping).
