He was not able to remove the stains, but he tried for at least an hour, and refused to take payment since the cleaning did not remove the stains. I have been taken advantage time and again by certain service professionals, and Sam at A-1 stands above the rest. It seems many companies probably would have charged me for their time regardless of the results.
