I chose to work in this industry because I started out as an aerospace engineer and did security for the military/NATO/CIA through TRW. My first major contract was Huntington Park Casino..I love working in Western Los Angeles / Mar Vista Community because I like what I do and the people we service appreciate us..We started in this industry in 1979.We describe our business as Well established

Jack is sincere and honest. He is very thorough in explaining things and welcomes you to cut him off if the information is too detailed. Otherwise, he comleted our programming job and did a great job!

Servicemagic at it's best. I received a prompt reply within one hour of my request. He was on time for our appointment , very knowledgeable and informative as to the problem. He wasted no time in the repair and was very conscientious in explaining what he was doing so I did not feel in the dark. Very courteous and presentable, meticulously clean and organized. His bid was very well priced and I received all around great value for the money I spent.

I believe that I was overcharged and the system was not repaired to my satisfaction.

I do explain to people what i do. I also called the next day to check up and recieved no response. This was a late night night service request so i was tired but left with a working system. The complained was based on a trouble reading but he has no telephone so it showed trouble. He did not understand that.

We value your ratings of quality&courtesy as top-five stars and recognizing that we know what we are doing. Your were billed the one hour min even though it took a bit more time. Most jobs take one to two hrs and if we don't charge a minimun we could not stay in business. We understand things cost today and strive to use our skills to provide good value.

Project: Repair an Alarm or Security System
Mar Vista Security is a very responsive service provider offering a wealth of product knowledge in security systems. Mar Vista responded within minutes of my request for service and was able to diagnose and mitigate the problem the same day. The visit took less than 2 hours. Mar Vista's response and professionalism is certainly a breath of fresh air. I would strongly recommend them for both homeowner and commercial applications.
