The issue that determined what this experience was like was a linguistic one. On the phone, a caller deals with the younger Carlos Aguilera, who is perfectly fluent in English. The person who shows up to do the work, however, is Carlos Aguilera, the father, who was almost no ability in English whatsoever. Mr. Aguilera was to give me an estimate on the first visit. Instead, he started working once he understood what needed to be done (phone jack repair). He said he would return the following afternoon with the needed equipment, but didn't show up. He came the next evening and finished the job. The process was not smooth.
