Cleaning and repairs seemed to be done well but the lingering smells are unacceptable. One of the 5 spots still has a cat pee smell of a 7-8 on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the worse. I have all 5 carpet spots pulled back from the floor at this time as to not confuse the odor in the carpet with any surrounding areas. Also, I misunderstood the 'cash only' payment policy and will never ever hire a professional for cash again. I will need to have another company come in to get rid of the cat odor. Having said all this, Scott was very friendly, helpful, and he worked around our schedule which had changed due to medical needs.
