My dad died a few months ago and I had to help my mom took care of my dad estate. Before putting the house on the market we had to make sure it was structurally sound. A.S. and R. was very helpful in assuring us the structural stability of the house. He was professional and sincere ,and the job was done the same day I called from out of state. I highly recommend him for his expertise to anyone.

Project: Analyze a Structural Issue (Structural Engineer)
County required an engineer due to rebuilding a load bearing wall. Needed a quick turnaround by him(which did not occur). He was all over the place with his suggestion on supporting the load bearing wall. County rejected it since he only provided an emailed copy-they needed original (he should know that). Took me over another week for me to get him to deliver the original signed design (which I drew) After building it and tearing up and replacing part of the floor for plumbing, the inspector stated I needed additional support under the floor so I had to tear up that part of the floor again (he should have known that). Not happy!

Raj of A S and R was able to come out very quickly to assess my foundation problems. He answered all of my questions and his report was timely and thorough. Even after receiving my finished report he is still very responsive to any follow-up calls or questions that I may have. I'm very glad that I chose to hire an engineer before tackling my foundation issues.

He was very prompt. He came to my condo within 1 day and had the report I needed within 36 hours from the time I initially contacted him. Very fast and professional. His fee was very competitive, too. I would use him again.

I was very pleased with the Raj an Ebbie and their level of expertise and attention to detail. The plans that were completed were approved by DCRA. The cost for work was reasonable.

I was purchasing a home. Mr lal came and looked at a crack. He was honest and gave me a complete analysis. He recommended solutions for the problem and was quick in providing a report so we could close on time. Highly recommend him.

They were unable to arrnange a mutally agreeable meeting. Basically, they would not travel from MD to VA to discuss the project so the work was never done.

I have my office in VA and I live in VA so I would love to meet and finalize a job here. i did not have to travel from MD.
