Very efficient and dependable. He showed up when he promised and did the job quickly with no mess. He suggested some aditional issues he noted but didn't pressure to make the increased sale. Nicely done!

Nick provided great communication. Offered options on different ways of doing the chimney job - stucco vs repointing the brick, etc.. Price was competitive. Nick was able to do the job based on my schedule, not his. Job looks great. The rebuilt chimney at the top was "decorated" by two out-dented courses which gives the chimney a fancy touch. Cleanup was great.

Contracted same day as my request from servicemagic (within minutes) Safeway was prompt, didn't try to sell anything we didn't need, very clean and polite. Cost was $50.00 for chimney cleaning but I should have looked at their website, they have a special I didn't take advantage of.
