Tim was incredibly friendly and helpful. He did not charge me what he could have and, while I did a little hands on work with him, he was good bang for my buck. Great bargain and got the job done.

I was very pleased the first time the repairman came out. I had an emergency (Stuck garage door) and Tim Smith came out in a storm and did the repair in a timely fashion (for which I paid double the rate). The next two visits were disastrous. Tim charges by the hour and I could have done the jobs myself in a quarter of the time. Every time I checked on him he was outside smoking and talking on his cell phone. I was not pleased and will not use him again.

We did charge Mrs. B an emergency call fee equal to 1 hour labor. We had to drop what we were doing and reschedule other work for her emergency. Others would have charged $100 or more, we were $80. I agree the next two visits were disastrous - if Mrs. B had told Tim what had been done to the toilet previously, he would not have had to waste time troubleshooting the problem by addressing the likely causes first. Tim spent 6 hrs total between the second two visits (fix toilet and garage trim). only billed for 4 hrs. He was on the phone with me because she e-mailed me while he was there, implying that she was not going to pay for his time

Kept in touch with us through the scheduling process despite the busy time of year in December. Very professional.

Tim did a great job "sprucing up" my cabinets.He adjusted the doors, added handles and quarter round molding, and matched the old stain to repair some faded and damaged spots. He not only does excellent work, but he is pleasant, reliable, and his prices are reasonable. I'll definitely call him again when I need carpentry work of any kind.
