I was please of the professional response to my mold situation and the quick lab report, but I was disappointed that with the mold report I received no explanation of the report findings or recommendation for cure of problem. I had to research the findings myself and call ASD back to ask for a recommendation.

Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests
They did a fabulous job with our termite/rain rot issues. They completed the job in no time and the house looked as good as new once they were done. We were very pleased with their work.

Prompt and courteous. Could have used drop cloths and shoe covers... Did take the extra step to help us solve an unrelated problem.

There was a considerable amount of debris around each of the vents cleeaned requiring vacuuming on our part to clean it up. It is a minor point, but I believe a cursory inspection by one of your reps would have highlighted the problem and they would have corrected it.
