The crew was rough but very friendly and got the job done. This was hard work as the concrete floor was thicker than they anticipated. The work took an extra day. A service guy had to come back and I may yet call him again. I believe that assuring the drain holes in the block were open and installing a vapor barrier below the new concrete would have been improvements to their process, but they were not available options. Overall, I'm satisfied they did what they promised to do.

Price was good, work was done quickly. But an issue was raised concerning an existing, functioning drainage system that overflows and should have been tied in to the new one. Instead they covered it with concrete and left no access to it. Getting them to correct it is like pulling teeth (without the novacaine). I would not recommend them to anyone because if an issue arises, they will not deal with it effectively. I fear we will continue to have the same flooding problem after spending thousands of dollars to correct it.

Although a great opportunity to practice patience and hope, this has been the worst possible experience other than the recommendation of our HVAC guy. He was as poor in terms of service and quality as ASAP. We are still experiencing flooding and have had to fight to get a major issue with the new heat pump repaired. Both companies lied repeatedly, avoided contact, and forced us to seek additional means to fix their negligence. ASAP tried multiple bandaid type solutions and failed. I even had to get BBB involved to get action. The owners have admitted on several occasions that what they hoped would work hasn't. They are still trying.

destroyed my panneling, left me with laundry tub issuesw destroyed me cable,leaving me with no cable, phone and internet. had to call verizon to repair damage. contract stated they will replace items moved, hoeverr wall needs to be repaired before items can be restored
