The repair was done very quickly. Even though the part that the technician said was broken initially, turned out not to be the problem, he was able to get the part and fix it in a few days. The technician was very friendly and on-time. I recommend their services.

Great service. Honest! We have a Subzero fridge that was not cooling. Another repair company said we needed a new compressor and quoted us $1200. We called Reliable and they quoted us $500-$700. After coming out, they determined we only needed a starting unit for the compressor and replaced it for a total bill of $170. Wow!!! We ate a customer for life.

Called on the weekend w/ a leaking dishwasher. Rather than charge me an after-hours fee, Paul identified the problem quickly over the phone. He arrived on time the following Monday and confirmed that we did, unfortunately, have a crack in the tub. He then suggested a low cost way of repairing the D/W without spending the $ to replace it. I would definitely use this repair service again.
