The young man who came was exactly on time. He was friendly, polite, listened well, explained what he was doing. He accomplished what I wanted him to do. I would highly recommend him and Art Smith Electric.

I had a GFI outlet that would not reset. Art determined that it was the result of another GFI outlet in a different room being tripped. He pushed the reset button and charged me $85.00 for his 15 minutes. My bad for not requesting an estimate and finding out about his flat one hour fee. I suggest making sure what you are signing up for prior to hiring. I realize a guy has to make a living but Art also insured that I definately will not call him again in the future. Had I come away from this feeling I was treated fairly, Art would have been my go to electric guy in the future. And given my professed lack of electrical acumen, he lost biz.
