had several issues--the hot tub circulating pump was not working--and not heating temperature above 70 degrees---will be returning to check my air pump as this condition developed after repairing the call in problem---no parts were used---and could have recommended some although not needed---honest repairman are hard to find--and i do RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY !

I would have liked to know a little in advance the approximate time that they planned on doing my job, but other that n that, they responded quickly on line, and were very polite and informative. When they arrived to do the job they did a great job. They are coming back next week to add to the job that they did. I was very pleased.

I am sorry to say that I am not getting answers to my calls from Jeremy. I'm confused by the lack of response as I had a very good first interaction with him during which time I indicated that the hot tub purchase was for medical reasons and has some urgency to it. I also indicated that I am ready to make the purchase. It's frustrating not to have the information to continue the purchase process. I've spoken to Jeremy twice during which time he indicated he would be sending me website links to assist me in a purchase decision. I have also left two additional messages. II would welcome a response from him.
