Project: Install or Replace a Shower
Arch Plumbing was on time, thorough and friendly. I had Rich come by to initially give me a price on installing a shower in my new home but luckily he was there when the water department was because my meter pipes, hot water tank and lines and my gas lines for my stove were all out of code so I needed more work than I initially thought. Price was very reasonable and took the time to answer any question I had.

I made my initial call to ARCH plumbing, and I had an estimate in 24 hrs. Rich and his crew were very professional, they did the job that they agreed to. I recommend at least calling Rich and talking with him about your situation and work with him on details and pricing. He was a bit high on the initial estimate, but worked with me and we negotiated a fair flat rate.

I would recommend ARCH PLUMBING, he is a wonderful plumber. My home was not easy for him to do, but he knew how to work around the problems that he encountered.

I was very impressed with the quick response to my request. He quoted me a price and stuck to that price. Work was completed in a timely manner, and cleaned up after he was finished. I will definitely use him again, and will recommend him to others.

The first contact with Arch Plumbing was pretty good. Rich came on time and did a good job installing our sink. After a day we noticed a leak coming from under the sink because of reusing a 22 year old connector. I called and Rich told me that he would come out the next day and as a "courtesyto us for our trouble" he would replace both hoses at no charge. He never showed up. I called him twice after that and left messages and he never returned my call. We would have gladly paid for this service but would have prefered to just use new connecors in the first place and paid a little more. So no, I could not recommend Arch Plumbing.
