Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Alan was very courtious and friendly which made the process easy for me. He was the first to respond (within minutes after siging up on Service Magic's site). His estimate was fair and honest. He worked very close with me during the process to better understand what I needed or wanted. Dispite some hidden dificulties with the job that could not be foreseen. Everything went as expected and was within 500 dollars of the original estimate. I would highly reccomend to give ARCA Construction Inc. a call.

Project: New Windows - Multiple
He furnished us with the items we were looking for and we were completely satisfied with his work. We plan on calling upon him in the future for our home construction needs. He gave us a satisfory contract and we ordered our windows through him. He installed Gorrell energy efficient windows and we were amazed at the difference in our heating bill for January, when we had our heat on most of the time. There was no air leakage and the windows look great. A great improvement to our home.

We are so pleased with Arca Construction. Alan Landers is too nice to be true. He is true to his word, integrity and is just a wonderful person to work with. His crew is top notch and they do a fantastic job. In fact we had them do more work than we originally talked about. We had them put Hardie Plank on our house and it looks spectacular. They found out we had a leak in our roof and we contracted with them to fix that. We are now talking to them about remodeling our master bath.

I meet with Al Landers and was very impressed with his professionalism. He took the time to discuss the re-siding project in depth with me, listened to what I wanted, and offered his professional opinion. The crew was also very professional, doing an excellent job, while keeping the work areas tidy. Al called with regular updates on the progress, and followed up after the job was completed to be sure I was satisfied. I am thrilled with the magic they performed on this house to give it back it's beauty. It's rare anymore to find a truly honest and caring contractor, I will use ARCA Construction for all my future projects.
