Adam with Home & Mold Inspections was very thorough. Once he was finished with his inspection he walked me through the house and explained everything he found. He was very pleasant and professional. I would definately recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Arrived promptly and performed inspection requested and took pictures of problem area. He also cleaned some pine needles from roof valley; a problem area for the insurance company.

Adam's helper showed up on time ( a little early), got right to business, gave me a good explanation of things that could help the ductwork, and even invoiced me so I didn't have to pay him on the spot. Very good!! My only comment might be, that I wish he talked to us as he was inspecting, letting us know what he was doing; but I understand that doesn't always happen. Thanks for the recommendation!
