Customer service is my number priorty. Troy was very professional. I am purchasing a "as is" property, he did not rush through the inspection. He took the time to explain pros and cons. A full written report was sent by email within 24 hrs.

he tried to be professional but forgot to send my real estate agent the most important imformation about the house I plan on purchasing. It was an electrical problem in the bathrooms upstrairs.My agent found out the missing imformation and told him so he could send us the correct imformation. But he had no problem taking the $325! just make sure u make notes and to read the complete inspection report!

Thank you for your business, Anthony. The omission resulted from a clerical error. It was noted in my handwritten checklist but did not make it to the electronic report. This happens very rarely and is human error. It is for situations such as this we have our 120 day inspection guarantee; had the mistake on the report not been corrected, fixing the defective receptacle would have been performed without any cost to you.

He was great and very detailed and also gave suggestions. I would refer him to everyone.
