I had Steve Horton and he was professional and kind and thorough and would not allow any corners to be cut in his inspection of my new home. In some cases he offered some very simple and helpful maintenance tips as some rooms were mentioned. His knowledge was obvious and that made for an informative experience while the inspection progressed. Ray Brashears was the termite inspector and I found him to be kind and thorough as well, in his performance.Tom Manz did the Raydon testing and he was pleasant and prompt. Steve H takes the cake but I would still hire Ray and Tom for future work in their trades.
