Bob was very professional, he thoroughly explained what he would do to resurface a tub that had previously been glazed many years ago by another contractor, and was now peeling. He answered all my questions. It was a particularly tough job, but Bob took the time to do the job right. The tub looks terrific. I am very satisfied with this job.

arrived right on time, called to confirm the day before (even though it was a holiday), he was very courteous and explained everything to me. Tub looked brand new when he was done.
