These guys were great! We were not at all confident that the acid wash would be successful due to extreme staining on the plaster and tiles. Turns out they removed it 100% and left my pool looking like brand new (it is 22 years old). I was so impressed that I have since hired A-Plus Pool Service for weekly pool and spa cleaning service. Very prompt. Started the same week and provided feedback on what I needed to keep my pool up. Very reasonable prices for any work that needed to be done. All of the people that work for A-Plus are so nice and helpful. I am very happy with this company

A-Plus Pool servive contacted me immediately and came by with free estimate. They were very professional and completed the repairs/project on time per the estimate given. I would definately use them again and highly recommend this company for any pool repairs and/or services needed.

Never prompt or on time. Supervisor left town while project being done. Plumbers did not have right equipment and broke 2 eye ball returns when removing them, promised replacement took 3 weeks, only 1 replaced. Old concrete pad reused, too small and part of the $1,000.00 pump left hanging off by an inch, promise of additional concrete paver to be placed to support pump. Was placed in the wrong area giving no support. Had to call to remind contractor to pick up excess concrete mix and bricks left on property, when picked up, their truck broke branches off my tree. Pump was incorrectly programed, new sand filter pressure valve leaks.

Rick fixed my filter and explained to me what I was doing wrong and replaced a cartridge that was damaged. He charged nothing for his initial visit. He took time with me and gave me with what looks like a fair bid on my damaged pool decking. He seems to be very experienced and cares about his customers, which is like a Breath of Fresh Air from all the other people whom I have hired for projects on my home.
