A couple hours late with no call to convey ETA, started plowing with no idea of driveway layout so moved a bunch of soil and came within a foot of taking out my well head before we first spoke. After tracing out an outline for him, was not able to clear a path 12' wide inside of the path. Very amenable fellow otherwise. Needs practice and forethought.

They do not seem to understand that the purpose of hiring someone to plow the driveway is to be able to get the car out of the driveway in order to go to work. If it's still snowing on a weekday morning, they don't plow until it stops. If it stops in the middle of the night, they come by before the city plows. Do not waste your money with this company.
