About 10 minutes after completing my request on line with Service Magic, I received a telephone from Rudy at A Plus Mega. He sounded helpful and friendly. He offered a free estimate so I asked if he could to my home after work the next day. I explained the problem over the phone and he said it sounded like a normal repair of a worn out gear but would come over and look. He stated he took credit cards so I was definitely interested in having him look at it in case it was expensive. The next day he was at my home on time and was as friendly in person as he was on the telephone. He fixed the problem for a very fair price. Thanks Rudy!

Quick to arrive and fix the broken spring on my garage door. Be sure to ask the price on fixing one or two springs. This was the cheaper option of the ones I received from Service Magic, but it surprised me that this type of job costs over $100. I was satisfied overall and recommend.
