I feel this contractor did not meet expectations in any of the areas important when hiring a contractor: Quality/Service/Value.The owner was quick to call and set an appointment to provide a quote, I applaud his follow-up to this point. Then, everything quickly went down hill. The project commitment was to finish the work on a Tuesday/Wednesday...possibly Thursday morning at the latest. The project was not completed until the following Tuesday. Secondly, the quality of work was not to our expectations. Several issues-contractor did not offer to correct. Lastly, the owner became defensive and inflexible when discussing work quality.

This was not a tile or porcelain project. The product used was provided by customer. The installation of product was very challenging. We always strive to make our customers our number one priority and this project was no different. As always, Thank you for the response and wish you well in the future.

Alan did excellent work - he even did additional work not scheduled which was very nice. One thing we really liked was that he stayed in touch with us and let us know when he could come. Very professional, very friendly - we have already requested an additional quote from him on another project.
