We had some delays in beginning the window replacement. Gary, our contact with A Plus, was constant. He called every so often *without* being a 'pain' until we were ready. When we selected A Plus, he emailed the contract that evening, Mark came to measure the windows within a day or so, the windows were made and delivered on time and installed on the day we requested. Done! Great Job!

A+ installed the product we ordered. The house is cooler. The windows operate as stated they would. They completed the installation in a timely manner. We are very pleased with our new windows.

A-Plus offered excellent affordable pricing for a very good brand of windows we picked. Gary was very good. The installation took a little longer than usual, but done well. The onlly concern we had was that we discovered 2 of the windows we ordered were low e2 instead of the low e3 we had ordered, tried calling them, but did not receive any return calls, but overall we had a good experience and most of all unbeatable price. Will definetely recommend this installer to others.

They performed the work when promised. They did a good job and completed in about 6 hours. The completed work looked very nice. No cleanup or wall repair was necessary. I'm very satisfied.

They did a nice job, installed the windows (13) in one day, cleaned up afterwards and were cheerful. I called the sales rep to get any warranty info but have not heard back yet, so will wait a couple days and then call again.
