Excellent Company! We were getting a second opinion on our furnace after a Beutler inspection and A-Plus was wonderful. The tech was on time, knew his stuff, very up-front and positive - really a great guy. He was extremely thorough. We got two different opinions on Beutler's recommendation and both second opinions were identical. Beutler said we needed a new heat exchanger (7 year old furnace) and quoted about $6 THOUSAND dollars. Both second opinion companies said it was not so, not to mention the furnace would still be under warranty by the manufacturer (20 years). I will use A-Plus in the future.

James was an excellent tech. He was very knowledgeable in the area of heating and air conditioning. He was very thorough in testing everything. He took time out to address any and all our questions and concerns. I would recommend James of A Plus Global to anyone in need of HVAC repair or even diagnostic testing. IWe am now ready to occupy the house and are confident the heating and air conditioning is in great working order. Thank you service magic. A Plus Global gets a 5 point rate from us!

Very personable; took good care in keeping my home property clean--vacuumed up everyday. Did a good job on explaining the difference between my 35 year old system and the system they recommended. Even though A Plus Global had a higher annual servicing fee, I plan to call them in August to service my system.

Technician was professional and very helpful. He believed our heating system was under warranty so he referred us to the company that installed our unit five years ago and he was right our problem went from a $900.00 job to a 45.00 service trip charge. Thank you.

This repairman did an excellent job. He went the extra mile to get my system working, which was very important to me because of my poor heath. He clearly explained what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. I'd recommend your company to friends who need furnace repair.
