James called and said he could be here in 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Showed up on time checked out the system. Could not get the parts to fix it until Monday. <br />Said he would call first thing Monday morning between 8 and 8:30 to set up the repairs (my wife had to leave for work at 10:30.James called at 8:15 was on site around 9:15 and had cold air blowing before 10. <br />The price was not cheap but in line with expected.
