Last week Con Ed. was in my building about to do some electrical repair work in the basement but stopped when they noted I had some asbestos material. I called service magic & within minutes a few companies called. Junior from A/Plus Environmental was the first to show up & explain to me in detail what needed to be done. His price was the VERY reasonable for the job compared to other quotes. He & his partner showed up in a timely manner & did a great job. They left the work area extremely clean & even washed my basement!!! And I am happy to say that Con Ed has inspected the site and will begin their work this week :-)

A/Plus Environmental was a pleasure to work with. Junior was very thorough, attentive and courteous. We had a big job of removing all the asbestos from our roof, and he followed all the protocol required by DEP exactly. He did all the filing with the city agencies quickly so we can get going on the job quickly. Getting all the required clearances and forms after the job was done was done in an efficient manner as well. He followed through until we got the job done. I would recommend A/Plus to anyone needing to remove asbestos correctly and efficiently from their home.

The response time using this service was amazing. Within minutes of submitting my online requrest I received calls from 2 asbestos abatement services, and the first one who responded came to my house to examine the situation that very night. He came back the next night and completed the work and my problem was solved. Since I have never needed such service in the past I cannot say how competetive the price was, but for the level of service it was worth it even if price was high. Thank you!!!
