Fantastic man to work with. Couldn't be more friendly or accommodating. We brought a piece of furniture I have never come upon before. It was a sewing basket in the midst of a small table on casters. The fabric needed full repair. The wood table top was worn and in need of some. A terrific job all around. Just wish I was callled upon for the trim. That is easily changed though.

I had French Provincial bedroom furniture. Off white with blue trim. Phoenix does not know how to refinish. They painted furniture white and dabbed a yellow paint in corners and called that French Provincial. They painted the trim green and said it matched. I had them just paint all of it white with blue trim which I picked the color blue. They quoted me $1700! I was told they would paint one piece and I could look at it for satisfaction. When I got there all four pieces were painted!!! I was stuck at that point. I don't feel that I should have to pay the full price since I am not going to get what I asked for. I am not pleased.

The quality and craftsmanship was exceptional. Ilya is a true artist. If you want a repair or restoration done to perfection, you should call A Phoenix Art Woodworks. We could not have been more pleased with the restoration of our puppy chewed-up claw feet on our new dining room table.
