Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
Initially I was excited to come home to a clean house, but upon further inspection I realized that several areas of our house were not done well. . . or at all. I called Pam to come back over and specified the areas that needed work. After the second visit I gave up with having to babysit this company in order to get my house cleaned. I believe when you are paying someone over $30/hr to clean you should not have dust bunnies left all over your house. Will NEVER use or refer this service to anyone.

All areas of the home were covered, with an exceptional job being done in the kitchen area. The job was very good with the exception of the back upstairs area. Miscommunication with the employee doing the job caused them to notice the second set of stairs late in the day so there was not enough time to do the same level of service.

It took 2 trips to get my house cleaned. Two people came but one left after only 30 minutes so it put the other person behind. But once Monica got the place cleaned it looked great. I would recommend them.

Pamela was great. She was friendly and quick to respond. The price was reasonable for the services that I received. I am VERY picky. I hate to say that their were several things that I was disappointed with. It seemed that they must have done the job in a rush. The bedspread was put back on backwards, the kitchen floors were not very clean, the mirrors were streaked, some furniture was "missed" with the dust towel, the stairs were not vaccumed and the upstairs room was missed. I think Pam is a great business person and has good customer service, she should just make sure her girls are doing everything they should.

Pam has a great attitude and her girls are good workers. They only came a couple of times and then told me that they wouldn't be coming back to my house. I was disappointed, as they did fair work for the price. I am picky, but there were little things that didn't get done--they forget to clean out the microwave both times they were here (even after telling Pam twice) to give an example. Also, there was an issue on price and time it took to clean--one of the girls was unhappy about that the second time they came - and her attitude reflected it. It was an issue she needed to talk with Pam about, but I got stuck in the middle. So, 3 Stars.

For general cleaning, I would use her again.
